777qq is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and various other entertainment games for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 777qq platform and its users.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 777qq reserves the right to cancel them and forfeit the associated balances and winnings.

777qq may request supporting documents from a user at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete. 777qq reserves the right to close an account if the user is uncooperative.

2.3 Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed as usual before the account is closed.

777qq processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this limit will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details).
• Large withdrawals may be suspended if account verification has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, 777qq reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (applied to the bonus amount, not the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings earned using a bonus can be withdrawn.
• 777qq reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, however the terms in effect at the time a bonus was claimed will apply to that bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 777qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus and reverse any associated winnings.

777qq offers games across various categories including sports betting, casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game has its own set of rules.

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the account.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other technical faults, 777qq will determine the outcome based on the game provider's records. 777qq is not liable for losses caused by technical issues.

5.3 Payment of Winnings

Valid winnings are automatically credited to the user's account. In the case of any unusual or suspicious winnings, 777qq reserves the right to suspend payment until an investigation is completed.

6.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

6.2 Account Compromise

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 777qq support team immediately. 777qq is not responsible for losses resulting from sharing login details with others.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as artificially creating bets or bonus arbitrage.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any artificial means to play games.
• Colluding with other users or participating in match fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
